I have picked up Salem County along the Delaware River-front in the Marcus Hook/Trainer area of Delaware County, Pa. and into portions of Wilmington, Delaware. It's just that there's not a heck of a lot of radio traffic in Salem County compared to, say, DelCo.

I can hear Salem Co with no problem from Wilmington.

I don't think NJSP will be going full digital any time soon (1-2 years) but someday, yea they likely will.

BillQuinn, if your still having trouble with Salem County, let me know, I'll see what I can do to help. As stated, its not always a very busy system, but recently Carney's Point and Penns Grove added talkgroups to the system, so activity is up a little. I am located in Salem County and receive it fine...most of the time. Again, let me know.
