About to program my BCD996XT and can't figure out if San Bernardino County Trunked systems are part of the rebanded systems yet... if anyone knows, I would really appreciate a post reply.

Thank you

Rebanding is on hold, pending a border agreement with Mexico. However, it looks like they are going 700 MHz ala Riverside, which would eliminate rebanding issues.

Some are splinters and some not. System 10 (SB City) is. System 6/7, 8, and 9 are not.
Those are the only ones I am sure about :)

You can use a free program call FreeScan that will import the system into your scanner from Radio Reference...if you weren't aware already. Much easier.

Freescan/ARC15XT

I use ARC15XT, but when importing, the 800mhz standard/splinter information is not imported. I imported all of the SBCo TRS systems, and they all showed up as 800mhz standard, no splinters, which is why I was forced to ask after doing what research I could...

Thanks for the replies.
