Sentinel: is sentinel down?

I have tried to download sentinel from RR, scannermaster, and bearcatwarehouse,and i keep getting a 404 error code. Anyone know how I would copy the program from one of my other computers. I know how to copy files and programs, but the user names and security has me boggled. i just want to download the program so i can get my proscan running, and then my broadcastify up and running as i got my new souncard today.
