Is tcfd 100 MHz down

Does anybody know if TCFD Locution or TCFD Disp East 100 MHz is down or something in Austin Texas I have it on my bc125at and I pickup traffic earlier but not since like 2 pm I hear the county calls on the scanner app on your phone but not the bc125at it not signal cause I’m picking up the air traffic control traffic

It’s probably because I called the fire department personal who programs the radios there a problem rn that why there doing tests on locution a few minutes ago I heard a firefighter ask dispatch if there aware of radio problems there repeater isn’t working our handheld radios aren’t working is what he said to dispatch over the radio
