What are some simalarites between the two? and will the win96 program work with it? and have the same feature with the pro-96 and be able to unlock all the locked frequencie bands? :?:

How many times does it have to be said. The 2096 is the exact same as the 96 just in a bigger box. Same item different size.

Well, the other Don S has said that Win96 will work as-is, but there are some refinements added due to the fact that the backlight works differently. Of course, that has been known (that the backlight is different) for several months now.
