Is the Sentinel Software the same for the HP1 and 436/536HP

I have the HP-1 and just ordered the 436HP.

My question, is the Sentinel Software the same version for both and can it update both from the same version I already have loaded for the HP-1 (2.02)

If they are separate its not a problem I was just curious to see if anyone has had a problem

The Sentinel software is a separate/different program for the x36HP scanners.

That begs the question ... has anyone had problems running 2 separate versions of Sentinel on their computers? Like does installing the X36HP version screw up the HP-1 version, etc?

2 work fine - I have both installed on a Win8.1.

If you did not realize it you can export FL from 1 to the other.

I have both Sentinel versions on my Win 7 64 bits and no conflicts at all!

Use export with .hpe files from HP-1 then import the .hpe files into x36HP.

It works great!
