BCD436HP/BCD536HP: Is The System Locked Out?

I've been out of the radio hobby for awhile, but recently bought a BCD436HP scanner. I can't receive Central New York Interoperable Communications Consortium (CNYICC) frequencies? I was able to receive these frequencies last week, but then added and deleted a few new freqs to the favs list, but now the scanner skips the system. If I scan only the freqs in the CNYICC system, I get a "Nothing to scan" message. It will scan the other 2 systems programmed in the scanner like Jefferson and New York State Police, but these are conventional systems. I've been working on the problem throughout the week, but no luck. I hope its a simple settings issue. Did I somehow locked the system out?

Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Open your programming in Sentinel and compare the freqs you have vs what's listed in red.

If it "was receiving" before changes, but now you are getting "nothing to scan", then either you deleted, or avoided, the system.

Are you using a Favorites list, or just the main database & your location. Make sure that your location is correct; do not leave it blank if location control might be used.

The CNYICC system covers 7 counties. What is your location (city and county) and which counties are you trying to monitor. If you export and attach your favorites list file, we can take a look at it and check for problems. Go to the File tab in Sentinel and click on Export to hpe file (Favorites List). You will need to right click on the exported file and Send to Compressed (zipped) folder to be able to attach it. Click on Attach files and open the zipped folder.

In the profile, you must have the appropriate service types enabled. When you write to the scanner, both Download and Monitor must be On for the favorites list. If the favorites list has a quick key, it must be enabled.
