Is there any *current* documentation on SDRtrunk?

Just installed the new? windows installer..(SDRTrunk 0.3.0--beta9 rev. 7a0b377 build# 20). ALL the documentation is so woefully out of date, it provides absolutely no assistance whatsoever.

Is there a location for it somewhere?
