Is there any Nepal Feed

Hello all,

I would like to provide feed one day. I have searched Wiki and Google and basically I would need a sound card that has LINE-IN port. My computer doesn't have that port. However I do have a USB webcam with built-in MIC. I have made some recording with Audacity and it works great except I can hear background noise.

Is there a way to put scanner + webcam inside a box where it doesn't pick up background noise? Creating a vaccum is not an option and neither is constructing a box made out of lead. I heard egg crate insulation is not good either.

Give me some DIY ideas that might work. Thanks a ton in advance.

Doesn't appear to be any on the Radio Reference site.
There could be a reason for that; laws in your country, lack of interest in scanning, types of systems and conventional frequencies. Price of scanners. Lack of sufficient internet access.
Do you know any ham operators in your area? Might be wise to ask them. That's about all I can think of.
