Is there any way to tell when conditions are right for skip?

Hello. I'm a 18 year old scanner newbie but not a radio newbie. I play around with CB (because its cheap and I don't need a license) Playing with CB got me into scanning and I absolutely LOVE catching skip. Its so neat.

Anyway, I like shooting skip with my CB radio and I wanted to know if there was any way to find out when the skip is in? Like any maps or weather websites?

Excuse my newness, any help would be appreciated.
