Is there software for linux??

I am a linux user..mandriva 2006 now and was wondering if anyone knows of any software for scanners?

I also have a machine with XP on it if i REALLY need to use it.
I just figured that there had to be some programs out there somewhere. Ive searched the net to no avail so far. Thanks

Go to freshmeat.net and do a search there for "radio" or "scanner" or use the specific model of radio. You may get a few surprises.
