OP-

Are you still having a problem? It is working as of now (2:27 pm, 11/19/16). It does suffer from LSM distortion, but otherwise it is working.

I sent them a problem report right after the original post and it seems they corrected the problem shortly thereafter. Clicking on "Report a Problem" or "Contact Broadcaster" is the best recourse as this is emailed / PM'd directly to the feed provider. Some feed providers don't even read the forums.

Unfortunately, some feed owners don't seem to read problem reports either. I have filled out reports for a few local feeds and they were ignored for a very long time.
