I have never heard an LTR system do that.
LTR systems just sound like someone keys up a mic for about 1/4 of a second every 10-20 seconds or what ever they radio technician programmed it to do. Some LTR systems have that disabled so you don't even hear the key ups.

Thanks for responding. I will keep looking. I appreciate the help and am searching for a LTR channel that I can get some LTR data on my scanner display. Will post when that happens. Remay
does that mean you still hear a key? I have ran into a system that has alluded any info on my dispay.
