Lorain County is showing "Yellow" for a Marcs-IP update...
The only update I see is Lake County... Not Lorain County...
A typo maybe?

I see no Marcs-IP updates pertaining to Lorain County...

It seems to happen sometimes with how MARCS-IP is networked together, coupled with how the database is programmed.

If I see an update for my county, I just check the latest updates like you're doing to see if it actually pertains to my area. If not, no biggie, I'm just used to it.
