Audels covered many topics like refrigeration, radio, etc. Very popular in the 1940s and 1950s. What is the copyright date on the title page? If you could take a clear photo of that page, I or somebody else here might be able to give you some more information. Your copy looks to be in pretty good condition so a collector may very well desire to have it.

It's not in the best of shape; some(3-4)pages towards the middle have had some paper cut out of them. You can read most of what is on the pages.

Interesting last chapter talks about television. Cutting edge at the time.

I have a thing for old books, plus I'm studying for my license so I can get into the hobby, so I'll hang onto it as it's nice to see how much things have changed.
