I think you’ll find it’s the same for all NATO Countries. And anti Russian interests Countries. I just noticed the date 2030. Maybe a typo.
It’s a shame because since the early day‘s, exceptional professional electronics items of all calibre were made and have come from Russia. Tubes, vacuum components of very high standards.

The problem with Russia is its government, not its citizens, and it feels unfair that they are getting caught up in all these sanctions when only crime is being Russian.
But unfortunately, such economic collateral damage appears to be unavoidable.
Will this affect the availability of tubes, I wonder? I ask because for many years now – long after becoming obsolete in the US – Russia has been pretty much the only source of new tubes as far as I know.

The Electro-Harmonix factory in Russia produces vacuum tubes for Tung-Sol, Electro-Harmonix, EH Gold, Genalex Gold Lion, Mullard, Svetlana and Sovtek. Because of Putin’s illegal ’’special operations,’’ Putin and his cronies has ceased exporting well every thing Russian made. The famous and sort after EL-84’s from JJ are made in Slovakia. Myself and many use them in guitar amp’s and others in HI-FI equipment.
