It may just be the only thing confirmed and reported by members. You might find more under FCC licenses, and also under other localities. Remember that you may be listening to to radio stations from Norfolk, Portsmouth, Hampton, etc.
There's also the trend for news crews to communicate more by cell phones, particularly in cases where they don't what other news crews (who almost always have scanners) know about a hot scoop.

Also try searching 450-451 and 455-456, along with 161.64-161.76. There may be stuff out there that doesn't square with known FCC licenses.
