Actually Vernon Hills is about 17 miles east of Lake Zurich. Lake Zurich is close to Long Grove to the south and Wauconda to the north.

As the other's said. Yes, it's Lake Co. IL I have been listening to this DMR system ever since Whistler first came up with the free DMR upgrade for the WS1080. It enabled me to hear the very end of the school year last summer where "little darlings" left a ton of graffiti on the bathroom walls at one of the schools after 8th grade graduation *according to the maintenance guys laughing on mic.
