Viper 800 p25 is patched to Charlotte regional Digital system ?

No. There are just two talkgroups on the Charlotte UASI system for Highway patrol troops H5 , and H1+H4. They are patched there. That could of course change at any time.

No it is not patched but the EOC has capabilities to patch in case of a large event
