ISICS Antennas

What antennas are these on the ISICS tower sites? They are light blue colored fiberglass antennas that I have heard are very large. The first tower is owned by ISICS and the second and last towers are owned by Wright county to provide better coverage than if they relied only on the towers ISICS built. The first tower Wright county owns appears to have the same light blue colored fiberglass antennas but the second tower they own (last picture) has white fiberglass antennas. I was also wondering what kind of antennas they are. I think I have saw someone else post pictures with antennas similar to these white ones but can't seem to find them back. ISICS is a Statewide 700MHz trunked P25 Phase II system.

It's hard to tell by the pictures. There are several manufacturers that make light blue fiberglass antennas with different gains and patterns.
One type is Sinclair | Aurora™ collinear omni antenna, 11.5 dBd, HD, low PIM, 746-960 MHz

I wish I had a camera that had better zoom. They did't turn out as good as I was hoping.
