Island Beach State Park

Hey anyone have any frequincies for island beach state park. If possible i would like the rangers/park police maintnence and lifegaurds and what ever else is possible.

That's me! I will help anyone who has tried to look for something but honestly can't find it. I have no patience or tolerance for people who post questions like that without making an effort to look. I am the only one here who will admit to it. The info is not hard to find......if you look.

Okay... as I have said in posts in the past I work at the park and have first hand takes of the radios and freqs.

159.465 PL 179.9 is NJDEP Parks channel 5 - This is mostly maintenance nowadays. However the PARK POLICE (No longer rangers) do talk on it to when talking to maintenance.
159.405 PL 179.9 is IBSP Lifegaurds.

Now....
151.190 PL 179.9 is NJDEP Channel 1 (Toms River Repeater). Here the Park Police call in all of their issues to Trenton. This means everything that goes on in the park that relates to Park Police is discussed and called in to Trenton. This is the channel you want to listen too!!!!
Once at the park... 159.300 PL 179.9 is known as SIMPLEX. The Park Police talk to one another at the park on this channel!

The units of IBSP are 684, 757, 758, 765, 781, 787
