Dist 52 Dispatch just made an announcement for any unit who has not taken their radio to ERS please do it now....authority X49. I'm not sure what this is all about...I'm guessing rebanding.

thats what I figured it was...a unit pushed traffic this morning onto 038 with 52 DISP and I heard a few units advising they were enroute for radio reprogramming also
