Isp 796.5625 P-25 ?

I was hoping someone could help me out. On a recent trip through ILL. I stayed overnight close to the Carbondale area. I was monitoring A LOT of traffic on 796.5625 P-25 digital. It sounded like a dispatch center for ISP . Lots of accidents, tickets ect. I have looked through the database and was unable to find anything on this freq. does anyone have any ideas? I should mention I am using a PRO-96 with the ext. freqs. enabled. (I also got a lot of traffic on 794.5625 P-25 up around Galesburg). Anyway was just kind of curious, Mike

Those were probably mirror freq's from 800 band. I can here Safe-T here in Indiana in that same 700 band.

Thanks for the reply. I kind of suspected that it might be. It was the first digital signal I have recieved on my 96----so I was pretty happy. Mike
