ISP D6-D8 question

I can pick up ISP D-6, D-8 on the Ottawa Site 134 with my home patrol 2 but i cant pick up D-6, D-8 on my 996p2 on the Ottawa site. Programming looks right, but i can pick up other ISP districts on the Ottawa site with the 996p2. I can pick up D-6 on the Morris site with the 996p2 but nothing on the Ottawa site. Just curious if anyone had any ideas.

You'll only pick up D6 and D8 on T134 if there are units affiliated with it. Are you positive the HomePatrol isn't picking up traffic from T142 (Streator) or T131 (LaSalle) as well (or any other site "in range")? You're more likely to find D6 and D8 traffic on those towers (especially 142).
