ISP Dist #16

I don't seem to be hearing any traffic anymore out of the District #16 freqs. I hear District #15 no problem, and Rockford who are all on the Starcom21 network.

Has anyone else come across this situation? I am using a GRE-500 digital scanner.

I am hearing them all the time (District 16) I am using a pro-197

When they key up again, I will post the freq.

But they are active on their normal freq.

Unless one of the troopers on their talkgroups are affiliated on the tower(s) you are monitoring you would not hear them.

I don't know where you are, but for example, if you are listening to the Freeport tower and there are no troopers with their radios on the D16 talkgroups in the area you wouldn't hear the traffic, even if it is active on neighboring sites.
