ISP - HAT Team?

ISP Region 2 Disp said, a few times, the HAT Team was coming out to "clear out" Interstate 69 in the area of a jack-knifed semi. A trooper replied "yea, is a white-out in that area."

What is the HAT Team?

Not from the area but I belive it's the Highway Assitance Team.

Yep, I'd guess that also. When I was trying to figure out what HAT was, I figured it was Highway Assistance Team, but I didn't know who or what that was. I also knew the National Guard was called up in northern Indiana, but I didn't know those groups were called HAT teams. Thanks for sharing the article.
