ISP Rockford D16

What tower/site does ISP D16 Rockford regularly associate with? I have Boone, Rockford and Rochelle Tower/sites programmed in and ive only seem then on there a few times. Unless 16 isnt that busy but i would think they are.

I have them on Boone here. Can't shut em up unless I lock them out, which is their normal state.

P25 NAC's can only be set in P25 One-Freq Trunk systems (at the system level) and conventional frequencies audio type.
What type of scanner?

I believe Dist. 16 isn't as busy as you think it'd be. I-39 merges with I-90 around the mall and turns into a toll road being patrolled by Dist. 15. There's a whole lot of non-freeway roads in D16 but I'm not sure how busy they are.
