ISP - Starcom21 (LaSalle Co/Dist. Chicago)

Morning All,
I Live in LaSalle County how is it that i can pick up ISP Dist.'s all around me ( 17,1,5,2,6 and 15 ) but not Dist. Chicago .

It all depends on what radios are affiliated with the tower you are listening to and if their talkgroups are "allowed" on that tower.

I have noticed, that D Chicago talkgroups are "denied" except for the "A" talkgroup on towers out here

Ok I just thought that my BCD536 an external Ant. would reach out .... So people like you an me won't be able to reach Dist. Chicago correct
