I posted this before. It is p25 and actually shows the talk group number and radio IDs that come from the mobile radio, mobile extender. District 18 is using 151.16 for the same thing.

Is it common for mobile extenders to use a VHF-Hi frequency with a 700/800 MHz P25 system?

They were using 700 megahertz mobile extenders, but these obviously caused issues with 700 megahertz sites. They've replaced their portable radios with dual band VHF / 800. Then they can also be used on ISPERN and local radio systems.

Obviously in areas with a simulcast systems, these are made to have portable coverage, usually, so extenders should not be necessary. Haven't heard any mobile in St Clair or Madison counties
