Has anyone ever picked up the Israeli border patrol on skip before ? I found an old monitoring times blog 8-1-2006 that had the freq's.

I heard coms once on 30.000 from one unit asking another unit both military mobile"Are u getting hungry yet its almost time for dinner?" Yeah I am was the repy from another unit only cause the transmission sounded lower in audio quality but same signal strength. I figured it was the US military somewhere since it was in english.

Nice list,

I think they may be on 380-420 MHz TETRA now, though.

Their equipment is probably still in use (maybe by another agency) though.

Yes, still there and all using the same loud subtone so quite easy to spot. I've stopped logging them as they are so numerous.

If anyone can speak Hebrew I'm more than happy to pass on some recordings for analysis, there's no shortage of material available to record every day.
