ISS Packet testing

Test event to try and fix antenna cable issue 2 MAR through 3 MAR did anyone hear anything? If not the EVA on the 5th Friday has a special project to put things back as before.

I heard two different astronauts on separate days this week doing the Q&A with school kids on 145.800 MHz. I only heard one side of course and it was neither of the Russians.

Is the testing going to be on 145.825 MHz?

Yes, Packet on 145.825. I did not see the notification about the test until this am a bit too late. Hoping the EVA happens I'll be able to try and get suit to suit comms.

There was one unconfirmed report of telemetry heard about 17:50 UTC today. This coincides with scheduled troubleshooting of the connector that was supposed to occur around 17:00 UTC.

EVA on 13 MAR (Saturday) hopefully getting ISS back on the air. Another chance for suit comms and maybe a special test message on Packet.....
