Trainman111, if you use the link I provided, the one in the post right above your's when you're there watching the ISS move across the map in real-time, you will notice a red circle around the ISS icon. ANYTHING within this red circle means the ISS will be visible to you. So when you see the ISS icon moving in over your location and as long as your location is within that red circle you'll see a bright star moving across the night sky when you look up. It's about the same brightness magnitude as say venus.
