Everything is on PSERN now...
I hope you have a P25 II scanner...

Puget Sound Emergency Radio Network (PSERN) Trunking System, Seattle, Washington

Not sure who dispatches Issaquah now... NORCOM???
(I have it somewhere, but I'm cooking Xmas dinner at the moment...)

Not unless it P25 ready. And since I know nothing about that scanner I couldn't say. I don't think it is digital, therefore it would not be useful for police/fire in King Co.

Most anything analog, (most not all, it depends on the Freq's. your scanner is capable of receiving). No digital, you need a new scanner. You could check for a firmware update for your scanner. But as I said, I know anything about your scanner, so I don't know if there is one available.

I'm in Snoqualmie. Since WA went to phase 2 Simulcast you'll need a scanner to handle the Simulcast. Uniden sds100 and 200 are a couple choices but their not cheap.
