Freescan: issue logging in on freescan

i just subscibed the 180 days just to load my 996t but its telling me wrong username or password
it wont let me log in

Then you are probably using wrong user and/or password. Don't use your email, you must use 'balou' as your user.

Thanks for some reason my password wasn’t the same i got it going
