Issue of sub-category name in Agency 4389

I found garbled characters in page Izard County - Airports Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference. When I use RadioReference API "getAgencyInfo" with aid 4389 to get agency information, exception will occur. Is there any possible to correct these sub catagory names? I think it's better to remove the garbled characters.

It should be a hyphen by the looks of it.

Click on the "Submit" link on the database agency page and explain the issue in the submission. Your local DB Admin can clear this up.
