Issue Scanning Fauquier/Culpeper County

Hey everyone,

Recently I’ve been setting up my Harris XG-75P for non-affiliate scanning and i’ve been having issues getting Fauquier County to work. I’ve been able to get Loudoun and Prince William counties, but Fauquier eludes me. The display shows CC SCAN (unlike Loudoun or Prince William which will show the channel I am scanning) and very rarely I will get something from Warrenton dispatch for a brief second. At first I thought it may be a reception issue, but a friend of mine took the radio to where he lives in Fauquier and he tells me he still cant get anything and that the display still shows only CC SCAN. I’ve double checked the WACN, RFSS, NAC, Site Number, Sysid, Control Channels, and group ID, but it all appears to be correct. My last thought may be IDEN set, but I’m not sure on how I can even check that.

Double check your Site NAC . And check to see if it’s Enhanced CC, Fixed Proscan or Dynamic Proscan. I had an issue similar where I I had the system ID as the Site NaC and it gave me the same CC scan. And to check the IDEN set I believe it’s under Band Set? Can’t remember off the top of my head
