Hi Folks,
I've recently ran into problems with monitoring arguably any ground freq from the t-birds and this previous weekend they used 413.1000 exclusively. It would open the squelch on my pro-651 but nothing would come through. 436 wouldn't trip at all!?
Anyone monitored the 413.1000 ground freqs for the t-birds this year? Is it encrypted or did I mess something up? I had my 436 and my pro-651 with and was able to snag everything except that ground freq. I had my 651 set for the search on the mode as well....I should have tried the signal stalker... It would have been nice to have as they had maintenance issues all 3 days they were flying publicly. We were the first show after they came back from Brazil. Their Friday practice, only 1 solo flew. Saturday they flew 5 jets, 2 solos 3 diamond. Sunday they had 6 but needed to swap another jet out as they were doing pre-checks, and they flew a 7th jet up Saturday night. Those folks were troopers this weekend! wow.
Ideas? I'm seeing them fly again in a few weeks here.
