I tried to comment on a forum and then also tried to send a moderator a message just to see what it was doing and same thing happened and then I logged in on a different browser and still same issue so I’m not sure what is wrong at this point

Tried to reach the person who started this forum after I realized it was closed because at 1st it was showing a replay box at the bottom so that is why I tried a different browser then I kept getting the error message when I tried to contact any of the moderators that commented on the post or a moderator in general and when I went to the radio reference contact/help form in I got same message as well then I made my post on here and it went ok I was trying to reach someone on that this Fulton County New UHF system to let them know that changes have been made and they will be dispatched from their own 911 center

Ok, as you discovered you can't reply to a closed thread. As far as the PM's go you need a certain number of posts to be able to do that (I believe you have reached that number now).

Ok thanks for the help I appreciate it a lot and also to update the closed thread which not sure if they can be reopened or not but if not would a new thread be possible for that same county or is that frown upon

when I tried to contact any of the moderators

Not sure what you mean by Moderators since no Moderators have commented in that thread as far as I can see. A DB Admin did comment and his preferences are set so he should have been able to receive a message from you.

Starting a new thread would be the easiest thing to do.
