Issues with county radio

The county I am based out of is stated as "Fully Encrypted" on Radio reference. However, someone has a Broadcastify feed for said county and can pick up the county. How is this possible? Is there something wrong in the Radio reference database? He posted some frequencys for "Point to point patches". Whoever has the Buchanan county feed in Iowa please tell me how you did it.

Buchanan County is fully encrypted for all law and fire operations traffic. There are a couple of patches to VLAW31 - Mutual Aid - 155.475 and Point to Point - 155.370 that aren't encrypted. Buchanan County still uses point to point at times to contact neighboring counties. You aren't going to hear any other Buchanan County traffic on any feed. Just because they have it in the feed description, doesn't mean it's correct or actual radio traffic from that department.

What about fire paging? I see those TG's were recently revised.

The paging talkgroups are clear for now. I know they are using Unication pagers, probably just don't want to try keeping up with changing keys manually in every pager.

Thanks, would I be able to pick up paging on analog or would I need to buy and program a pager?
