can anybody help me get better decoding on my 2 pro2096 scanners..? when i connect my cord to my PC and i hit read from radio it don't start fully at 100 percent decoding for whatever reason i use a external radio on the site and the voice decoding isn't keeping up on my PC with Pro96Com.. i'm thinking its a Windows 10 issue and i might need to redo my PC and try it afterwards ?
