Issues with the Jefferson Co. Regional Radio System

I've noticed that the Beaumont Fire Department and the Beaumont Police Department are having trouble with the radio system that they communicate on, which is the Jefferson Co. Regional Radio System.

BFD is using their conventional frequency as their back-up.

I wonder if there's any other listeners of this system noticing any problems?

Sounded like business as usual on the JeffCo simulcast and Silsbee towers when I was out there last weekend.
