Well, it's a real upper class HF receiver, VLF 200Hz (yes, Hz!) to 32MHz with sensitivity down to -120dBm, say about 0.25uV. SSB only but the stability is such that ECSS is spot on. Master oscillator in an oven. Frequency display down to 1Hz. A bit flaky at the moment but I'm working on it! What do you want for less than US$100!
