I have the Industry Canada List of Frequencies and have grep'd all the gps locations closest to my supported range. Here's a snippet of five channels I would have programmed into various departments:

To reverse engineer, try exporting and viewing raw .hpe file but its un-translatable. So I guess I am out of luck. That is if there is a tool already out there or a standalone client of proven features, can anyone suggest? If you say "just download the latest db from Uniden.", Uniden's HDDB replication sucks unless your in a major north american city, but nice try. Thanks.
