Has anyone heard the rebanded ICALL or ITAC frequencies in Northern NJ?? I put them in and deleted the old ones. Now I am thinking I might put the old ones back in?

Yes, they are using both the old and new re-banded frequencies during a period of transition. I monitor both and have heard radio traffic. If the use ITAC-1, normally you will be able to hear the same traffic on the re-banded ITAC-1.
Also watch out they at times will patch UTAC and ITAC frequencies.
