Per my post in another thread.
BEE0A.715-1.98 is Dulles. (I was there today.) They have changed their WACN/Sys_ID/Site/Sub-site/NAC. Although they show no peers (neighbors), their peers still show them but list them with the old WACN/Sys_ID/Site/Sub-site/NAC.
Similarly
173.900 (La Plata) is showing as
BEE0A.715-1.94 (WACN.Sys_ID-Site.Sub-site) with NAC 717
and 172.625 (Independent Hill) is showing as
BEE0A.715-1.92 with NAC 712
Check your line for 1.95, I suspect you typoed the frequency.

SCC on 1.95 is 169.6750, another keyboard operator error At my location 168.2625 is a strong signal but 171.4375 is even stronger

I need to correct this ( I have no idea why I typed Dulles). BEE0A.715-1.98 is atop 7799 Leesburg Pike (not on the Tysons Tower). I have figured out more of these but need to carefully check so I do not make a similar mistake before posting.

Found a new site in the Beltsville area BEE0A-715 Site 001-091 cch of 171.275, acch 170.675, which were the only two channels seen. No calls observed. Site NAC 717. There is a tower in the area, adjacent to the trap and skeet field, possibly Goddard or BARC property.. - The tower is used on the PG P25 system, so it might be a county site vs. a NTIA site.

I saw latter you know 1.99 being Falls Church--somehow I did not see that when I read your post. I do not think I have seen a 1.96--the frequency you listed I traced to Bull Run Mtn. Your frequency for Bull Run Mtn. I traced to Independent Hill. Most of these changes occured over the alast week and perhaps they are still doing tweaking. I did see 1.83 and it appears to be in DC. I did not see HQ so it may be that but I would not bet on it.

Also, one of us may have a confusion over 171.6125 and 172.625. I will be near tomorrow for a doctor visit and check.

1.95 is still not displaying neighbors. It's signal strength, as received at my location, is higher than any other of the IWN sites with the exception of Paris Mtn which was operational the morning of 2/9.

Paris Mtn this morning 1/10, and on 2/9 afternoon was no signal at those times. Where are you approximately located (city) when you see 1.95? I have not seen it nor do I see it reported as a neighbor of anyone that I have seen.
I have seen 1.85 (Bull Run Mtn.) using 171.6125 as a control channel and listing the same frequency for a peer (neighbor) 1.96. Perhaps 1.96 was Paris Mtn. but turned off. What frequency did you see for Paris Mtn. when you saw it.

I think the Paris Mt site has been MIA for quite a while.

My concern that calling it Tysons leads one to thinking it is the Federal tower at Tysons Corner which it is not-that is the main reason I do not like calling it Tysons.
Looking at my notes, besides the DC 1.83 (uses 168.875 and 173.85 as control channels) at an unknown more precise location, I have 1.60 but suspect that was corrupted--will need check again later--it would seem to really have an issue with Falls Church on the same frequency at the same time close by with control channels.
BM82557 remarks puzzle me as he said he saw Paris and I was passing the tower just a little later and saw no signal. Also, Ihave not seen 1.95--if weather was not going to be poor over next couple days, I would probably take a drive.

1.95 is good decode on 171.4375 at the time of writing on 2/11

15.1 was on 170.6250 the morning of 2/9 when I was checking all the IWN sites I can normally receive from my location

Paris Mtn was definitely off on 2/9 afternoon--I was at the tower base which I had visited when it was on and chekc the entire band (while gettng pounded by the 2 FEMA repeaters not too far away on the mountain). You also show it was transmitting the old site numbers for it and its neighbors which had changed or were in the process of changing. (The change was being completed at that time.)
Yesterday, it was not in the neighbor list for any of the above listed neighbors. May be it has a problem or is now somewhere else. You should let us know if you see it back up.

Since I posted # 17 something is going one with site 1.96 171.6125, currently not able to decode the CC, analyzer is showing the format of the signal is different that the normal P25 CC, also noticed the same thing is going on with 170.3875. First screen grab shows a wide part of the spectrum with 170.3875 on the left and 171.6125 on the right, second screen grab shows the signal pattern of 170.3875 and the third screen grab shows the signal pattern of 171.6125 --

Who is 1.95 showing as neighbors. I assume may be 1.96 and may be 1.85 or 1.88. I see unlocated 1.

They have been definitely re-configuring the system over the last week. Hopefully they have not started encrypting the control channel and you are just seeing a problem.
