J-MA-1 on Safe-t ISP Dist 52 is being patched to* IMPD MET-DT1 Talkgroup 10118 * for working with IMPD, ISP, Capitol Police along with IUPUI Police and DNR for the Final 4 Concerts in Downtown Indianapolis Tonight April 2,2010

Also seems there is a patch up between S1-T7 on MECA and J-MA2 on SAFE-T. Not sure who is using it yet.

Don't forget the "feds" are also active. The Final Four is a "test" of sorts or when the Super Bowl is in Indy so keep an ear to the federal TG's on SAFET and MECA as well as the regular ederal channels in the area.
There is also a "bump" in encrypted activity on MECA today.

J-MA2 still active, was all Friday night and last night as well. It seems that ISP, Capitol Police and others are using the patches. They also had at least one boat out as well which was on J-MA2
