Jackson county district 3 FD

I have been hearing dispatch telling fire units when arriving on scene of a structure fire in district 3 to switch to tac rep. which I cannot find it listed anywhere does anyone know what freq this is and i am assuming since this is a repeater, I should be able to hear them if I'm not close to the incident.
