Jackson County, Oh. 45656 area code

I am a newbie just bought PRO 197. Got everything programed including OSP on MARCS frequency. Icant find frequencies for S. O. and local police. I know they recently switched to MARCS radios. Is there a way to do a manual search to find these and if so can you explain? Thanks Mike

EDIT: I misread your Question... You can put the 197 in "open mode" to search for new TGIDS if they are not in the database
