OpenSky ?

I see that their FCC license shows a emission designator of 10K0F9W. I know that F9W is Harris OpenSky which can not be received via scanner. They may have switched to this mode.

This is just my evaluation based on the license information. Hopefully someone from the area may know more about this.

Thanks for the info. What was the reason for the swap? They were already running narrow band what they were using seemed like it worked fine.

NOPE, not due to ^^ marketing... TN State EMS made us stop simulcasting on 155.295.

And FYI guys: F9W is not specifically an Harris OpenSKY Emission Designator. F9W was used as an "Catch All" designator to represent multiple modes of operation were capable on a frequency. Of course this is the incorrect way to do it, each type of emmission should have its own designation. 7K60*** is the one to watch for that will tell you its DMR (MotoTRBO or other TDMA 2 Slot Digital).
