Currently there is a jammer on the Marion County and Salem Police Frequencies. If you happen to hear the jammer on the repeaters input note the time and signal strength and send a email to SPD and Marion county. There is also a jammer on 145.2900 MHz Repeater near Silverton. I don't know if the incidents are related but the jammer is sending DTMF tones on the frequencies so it appears to be the same MO.
